Maximillian M. Schwarz, Esq.

Max Schwarz received his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the prestigious Ohio State University.  Thereafter, he went on to attend law school on merit scholarship at Hofstra University's Maurice A. Deane School of Law, where he received his juris doctor degree.

During his law school term, he was hired as a law clerk at a leading maritime criminal defense law firm, specializing in trying cases involving the U.S. Coast Guard in the Federal District Court of Washington, D.C.  After passing the New York State Bar Examination and gaining admission to the New York Bar, Mr. Schwarz worked as a real estate attorney at a prominent boutique firm on Long Island's East End.  After an acquaintance described the way in which their insurance carrier rejected reasonable claims following an accident, Mr. Schwarz realized that his passion laid in helping injured people manage difficult times though his abilities as an attorney.

A like-minded approach to the importance of client-forward representation led to Mr. Schwarz joining the Law Offices of Theodore A. Naima, P.C. in the fall of 2014. Since then, he has taken on an increasingly indispensable role as a client-liaison-ready attorney who will not back down from any task nor challenge.

Today, Mr. Schwarz uses his considerable medical knowledge to leverage client positions against the most difficult of insurance companies. What he lacks in experience he has made up for in desire to excel, and he is quickly becoming recognized within the field for his relentless persistence in spite of his casual demeanor.
