Theodore A. Naima, Esq.

Ted Naima was born in Huntington, New York, and graduated from a high school located in Nassau County.  He attended Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York, and graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance.  After undergraduate school, Mr. Naima went on to attend law school at the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida, where he received his juris doctor degree.

After completion of his first year of law school, Mr. Naima was hired as a law clerk for a preeminent Miami personal injury law firm, specializing in the fields of medical malpractice and wrongful death. After passing the Florida State Bar Examination and gaining admission to the Florida Bar, he was hired as an attorney with the firm and immediately began trying personal injury cases to verdict. Knowing he wished to return to practice in his home town, Mr. Naima passed the New York State Bar Examination and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York, but thereafter remained an associate with the Florida firm for four years.  Believing he had learned all he could, he returned to New York to bring his practice home.

Upon returning to New York, Mr. Naima was quickly hired as a trial attorney with a boutique personal injury law firm located in Garden City, New York. He began trying a variety of personal injury and medical malpractice cases in our courts, and while with the firm, gained further admission to the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.

 

After nine years as a senior trial attorney with that firm, Mr. Naima branched out on his own to open the Law Offices of Theodore A. Naima, P.C., where he continues to handle a variety of personal injury and medical malpractice cases in both State and Federal Courts. Today, he uses the freedom of having his own firm and the dynamicism of its small size to enable him to pursue client's matters with an unmatched level of personal involvement.
